EU and UK Data Protection Representatives

Article 27 of the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR requires certain organizations established outside the EU/UK, that offer goods or services to or monitor individuals in those territories, to designate a representative established within the relevant territory. This notice explains where TerminalStreet stands with respect to that requirement.

1. No representative is currently appointed

TerminalStreet LLC does not currently direct its services at, or monitor individuals located in, the European Union or the United Kingdom in a manner that triggers Article 27, and has not appointed an EU or UK representative. We have not published, and you should not rely on, any prior statement suggesting otherwise.

2. If and when we appoint representatives

If TerminalStreet LLC (or a product operated by TerminalStreet LLC) begins activities that require an Article 27 representative, we will appoint a qualified representative established in the relevant territory and publish the representative's legal name and physical address on this page before those activities begin. Where a specific product operated by TerminalStreet LLC targets the EU or UK, that product's own privacy policy will identify the representative that applies to it.
