Scope of this document: This document governs the terminalstreet.com website and TerminalStreet's business (B2B) services only. TerminalStreet LLC also builds, hosts, owns, operates, and/or is credited on separate products, applications, and websites — including consumer applications and platforms operated by separate legal entities. Each such product is governed exclusively by its own legal terms published at its own domain. The policies on this site do not apply to users of those products except where a product document expressly incorporates them by name, and in any conflict the product document controls for that product. See Products & Scope.

This Intellectual Property Rights Policy ("IP Policy") clarifies how TerminalStreet LLC ("TerminalStreet," "we," "us," "our") addresses intellectual property rights in relation to our services, and outlines both our rights and yours when using our platform and services. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of TerminalStreet services.

At TerminalStreet, we respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. This policy is designed to protect everyone's intellectual property while enabling innovation and collaboration when using our services.

2.5 Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide TerminalStreet with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant TerminalStreet a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and commercialize such feedback without attribution or compensation.
