Products & Scope of These Policies

Last updated: July 9, 2026

TerminalStreet LLC ("TerminalStreet," "we," "us," "our") operates the terminalstreet.com website and provides business (B2B) services. Separately, TerminalStreet builds, hosts, owns, operates, and/or is credited on other products, applications, and websites. This page states which legal documents govern what. It controls how every other document published under /legal is to be read.

1. What the policies on this site cover

Unless a document expressly says otherwise, the policies published at terminalstreet.com/legal govern only: (a) the terminalstreet.com website and its features (accounts, subscriptions and premium content, the affiliate program, newsletters, contact and careers forms); and (b) TerminalStreet's business services contracted through this site or under a signed order (custom software development, consulting, training and workshops, outsourcing and team augmentation, and API access).

2. Products with their own terms

Products, applications, and websites operated by TerminalStreet LLC — including consumer applications and software products — are governed exclusively by their own product terms and privacy policy, published at their own domain or in-app. The policies on this site do not apply to users of those products except where a product document expressly incorporates them by name. In any conflict between a product document and a policy on this site, the product document controls for that product.

In particular, for such products the following documents on this site do not apply: the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Level Agreement, California Privacy Notice, the Asia-Pacific and Latin America privacy supplements, the Data Processing Agreement, the Subprocessors list, and the Child Privacy Policy. Each product publishes its own equivalents.

3. Websites and systems we build, host, or manage for others

TerminalStreet LLC designs, builds, hosts, and provides managed services for websites and systems that are owned and operated by separate legal entities. Where such a website carries a "built & managed by TerminalStreet" or similar credit, that credit identifies the technology and managed-services provider only. It does not make TerminalStreet LLC the operator, owner, seller, merchant of record, service provider, broker, data controller, agent, partner, joint venturer, or endorser of that business, and TerminalStreet LLC is not a party to any transaction between that business and you.

Each such website is governed solely by the legal terms and privacy policy of the entity that operates it, and that entity alone is responsible for its business, its transactions, its customer relationships, and its regulatory compliance. Notices, claims, and legal process concerning that business must be directed to the operating entity at the address published in its own terms and privacy policy, and not to TerminalStreet LLC. Nothing published on terminalstreet.com applies to those websites, and nothing in those websites' terms applies here.

4. Company-wide documents

A small set of documents are company-level and apply across TerminalStreet LLC and its own products, where each such document says so by name:

Company-wide documents do not extend to websites or systems operated by separate legal entities, as described in section 3.

5. Data protection representatives

TerminalStreet LLC has not appointed representatives under Article 27 of the EU GDPR or the UK GDPR, and has not appointed a Data Protection Officer under Brazil's LGPD. See our EU and UK Representatives notice for our current status.
