In the case of general written authorization, TerminalStreet shall inform the Controller of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other processors, thereby giving the Controller the opportunity to object to such changes.

Where TerminalStreet engages another processor for carrying out specific processing activities on behalf of the Controller, the same data protection obligations as set out in this DPA shall be imposed on that other processor by way of a contract, providing sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a manner that the processing will meet the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Law.

6. General Terms

6.1 Governing Law

This DPA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2 Term

This DPA shall remain in effect for as long as TerminalStreet processes personal data on behalf of the Controller under the Agreement.
